That socialists like Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Kim, Castro to name a few. Make grand promises of free health care, equality of the masses and the distruction of evil corporations. Only to kill the very people that voted for them after they are elected, or supported their coup to power.

If the people in America are paying attention they are noticing and Hillary will be the biggest socialist of all ... free health care? illegals? what is next? Will we get put in prisons for disagreeing with the Hilde-beast? Socialists are winning there are to many liberals out there.. we need to be conservative or somewhere in the middle. Lets let our votes count!!

I think Castro was pretty good with health and education, and I wasn't aware that he ever killed any of his supporters. Hugo Chavez is also doing a lot of good for Venezuela. I don't know all that much about Lenin, except that compared with Stalin, he was a pussycat. And I don't know if Stalin ever promised anything to anybody, I don't think he needed to. And like Stalin, Chairman Mao was clearly mentally unbalanced. I don't think he's fondly remembered by the party. Not that China has really improved in recent times. It seems that they've now embraced the worst elements of capitalism, whilst retaining the worst of communism.

They were neither Socialist or Communist (regardless what they call them selves)in the truest sense of the term they were all totalitarian regimes masking as the above. They may take on various element of either but the truth is in the detail.
Totalitarian regimes of any flavour are about power and control and will do what ever it takes to achieve them usually to the detriment of the people who they purport to be benefiting.
