I've heard way too many... If you are in a funk and wanting to listen to sad music, doing so will actually be counter-productive in the end...

Nonetheless if you are going to do it anyway...

Danny's blog Cabin has quite a bit to listen to. You could also grab a pint of ice-cream and watch Bounce or some other cheesy romantic comedy to get you in your mood of emotional self-sabatoge... but I don't reccommend it... as i said... counter-productive.
