I tested on 3 different days and got all positives i have an appointment with the doctors this week coming up. Well I have no symptoms nothing at all is hard for me to believe that i be be pregnant especially with no type of symptoms.

If you have got 3 positive results then you are pregnant. Not everyone has pregnancy symptoms early on as everyone is different.

If it wasn't for the fact I missed my period, I would have never even thought of taking a pregnancy test. I never had morning sickness, swollen and tender breasts, cravings or frequent urination. I had nothing.... So thank god I knew when I was supposed to have my period because I could have easily gone for atleast the first 5 months without a clue maybe even longer since I only gained a pound during my pregnancy and didn't look too different.

Consider yourself lucky for the time being, but don't be surprised if things change. Morning sickness doesn't show up in many women until 6-8 weeks or even later.
But if you got 3 positive tests, rest assured, you are definitely pregnant.

you are pregnant congrats. It is unlikely 3 pregnancy tests are wrong./ Not everyone gets symptoms.

You might not have any symptoms for awhile. If you have had three positive test then chances are you are pregnant.

Completely normal at this point. It is really early in your pregnancy. You may or may not feel all the "normal" symptoms. It just depends on how pregnancy affects you.

just wait a few months, you will get symptoms. you may not get the vomit part of it, some people dont, just concider yourself lucky.
