Given the fact that superglue contains a cyanide group(CYANOacrylate), I suspect that acetonitrile would probably be a good solvent. I have personally not tried this.

Acetone generally works well, as does methylene chloride.

There isn't one. Sorry. Superglue = Cyanoacrylate. It doesn't have a solvent.

Hot Water, obviously not to hot to burn you but hot as you can take it.
try nail varnish remover as well if all else fails consult a doctor

acetone... nail varnish remover will help dissolve the bond, but not completely.
