Do servers at First Watch Cafe make decent money?

seems to be an odd place for this question. However i have eaten there many times so ill toss in my two cents.

The one where i generally eat its really a lunch cafe so you would be best to work during the day to make any type of tip money. Dinner and evening dont seem to be all that busy so if you looking to make good money I would try to get day shift.
