I listen to some good music that cheers me up or i watch a funny movie or the best thing that helps me feel better is when i talk to a friend or family member.

I don't do much of anything. i shut down, and try to relax, and think about what is important to me. The positives most always out weigh the negatives, but it can take time. a lot of time if I am really down.

Listen to some music or get the frustration out on someone as soon as possible to make myself feel like i hav thrown some weight of my shoulders! oooooof!
