N O, HillaryCare will not pay for any preexisting
problems, anyway, if it did pay, you would probably have to wait 6 to 8 months for a doctor's appointment in order to have new ones made and
after the doctor's appointment, it would be another 6 to 8 months for them to be made.
All anyone has to do, in order to believe this, do a Google or Yahoo Search on Universal Health Care in Great Britain, Sweden, France, Germany
or any country with said health care.
