i love Johnny Michael (i have like 3 Spanish friends named Joni, that's how we spell it i love it more like that) i love the name Michael also. 10/10

Annamaria Josephine - Annamaria is also common in Spain and i think that name is really cute and feminine and very sophisticated yet sexy for an adult. 8/10 (because I'm not to keen on Josephine, its not bad though)

Johnny Michael- 8 sounds kinda little kidsish to me, and i dont think that they would like the name when they are older. Michael John is cute though.

Annamaria Josephine- 2 sounds like a old ladys name to me. How about Anna as the first name and Marie as the middle name.

I would give your boys name a 10+ if it was Michael John
Because it is traditional and will stand the test of all trends. Very professional and presidential sounding.
Johnny Michael I give a 2 because I don't like nicknames as given names. In addition to that, Johnny-Michael sounds like a man who chews tobacco.

Annamaria Josephine gets a 10+ from me!!! I looove the name Josephine. It's always been a favorite of mine! Annamaria sounds soft and feminine! :)
Love it!

Johnny Michael-9.
i would give it a 10 if it were Jonathan Michael, or Michael Jonathan.

Annamaria Josephine-9
i love it, but there's just something about it. im not sure if it's that Annamarie Josephina sounds better, or maybe because it's just a moutful. I like Annamaria Rose :]

I would either name your son Johnathan Micheal or the other way around. You could call him Johnny when he's young, but he might want a manly name when he gets older (teenage and up!) But the girls name is pretty cute! Good luck!
