Are a CD player and a DVD player provided? I would take a sermon on Cd and Hairspray DVD or some other feel good movie. Not sure what book I'd pick. Something with large print. If I'm there a long time I would need new Rx glasses.

Sorry, but what's the point of being stranded if I can't get some peace & quiet while I am there? I wouldn't take any of them. They would only become my downfall & take up far too much time I should be using to build myself a shelter & secure clean water & a food source. Electricty would prove to be quite a time-waster if I was truely "stranded" on a deserted island. Sounds like Catalina has a new tour group starting up!
