Nobody. When Paul Hindenburg died in 1934, Adolf Hitler, the chancellor, left the office empty and made himself "fuhrer".
That way he would not have to take an oath to the German constitution and could rule absolutely.

Hitler becomes Führer, by the summer of 1934, the elderly German President, Paul von Hindenburg, lay close to death at his country estate in East Prussia. He had been in failing health for several months, thus giving Adolf Hitler and the Nazis ample opportunity to make plans to capitalize on his demise.

There was no longer a president of Germany. When Paul von Hindenburg died on August 2, 1934, then Adolph Hitler proclaimed himself the "Fuhrer" which made him the absolute ruler of Germany.
