Well, I have eaten sushi, venison, and raw octopus which is like chewing rubber bands, but I have to agree with you that rattlesnake is the most unusual I have ever eaten.

I've tried snake and eel, bear, deer, shark, lamb, and squirrel as my out of the ordinary meats. Yes, I would try alligator given the chance.

I have to say, a raw octopus. I ate it on a dare. I was told it is a French delicacy. I didn't really care for it, though. However, I did win the bet!! YAY!! LISA!! lol

Squirrel, Buffalo, Bear, venison, rabbit, squid, octopus, tongue, eel, sushi, most shell fish choices.
Of those I would eat venison, squid and most shell fishes again!
