Georgia Tech for my section. Georgia Tech has a proud custom of effective in both teachers and athletics. Our NCAA branch I intercollegiate athletics application is between the oldest and maximum renowned contained in the country, and Tech students are passionate cheerleaders for his or her loved Yellow Jackets. The BCS is designed to select the teams for the championship game and for invites to the bowl series. As long as those teams are in that mix, then the finish places becomes a moot point...they will be be in a major bowl game.

Missouri needs to beat Kansas, UConn over WV, GA Tech over UGA, FSU over UF. That's part of the scenario for VT to get to the BCS Championship. With the scenario you present, it probably won't happen.

Georgia may if they beat LSU 70-0. But there's probably no chance, even with the SEC bias.
