Face it we are a zillion dollars in the hole, poor folks are taxed a ton, with gas the way it is how can a minimum wage family even make it. I guess we could tax the illegal people when they send $500-600 out of the country every week. The MO there is ton live together so rent is very cheap.

Then the rich in the limited parternerships should be investigated and the CPAs and attorneys that put them in the tax scams be made to pay. The IRS should hire people that can spot this it's all over the place.

The the evil employers, like the giant hotel chains shold be forced to account for all cash out and pay the equivalent of the taxes that the 1099 workers would have paid, if they had paid by the letter of the law.

Then an import tax on all the illegal drugs that flood the country, they make trillions. Bookers have to have a Federal tax I.D. number so the drug dealers will have to get one also.

Those combined would bring in close 20 trillion right off the start.

Yes we cut taxes during a war, who will pay for all this stuff and Bush is spending and throwing more money out on programs that would even make a liberal democrat blush.

Aren't we paying trillions of $'s on an unjust , immoral & illegal war? Did anyone ask us if we wanted it? Is it benefiting our citizens or just creating more hate & terrorists around the world? How do the Republicans plan on paying for that?

From 1776 to 2000 I read we borrowed 1.2 trillion from other countries. From 2000 till now it is 1.5 trillion or something like that.. Bill Clinton kinda started the mess with the China free trade thing. But Republicans are the no bid contract people doing meetings with business behind doors. Loosing the tax breaks for the richest 1% and smarter money handling is the only way to do it. Politics has become a business... Some are getting rich.. but its not the American people.

how right you are, and I'm so sure that the drug trafficking isn't stopped because of the Almighty dollar!!!!!!! and yes its to bad we all don't have a cpa, with all the tricks of the trade. Years ago, people who were self employed, it what ever business, would do alot of cash deals, they had to or they made too much money , and the govt took it, its awful, we are all gonna be taxed to death. We need to clean up congress first, since they seem to make all the rule's, no matter who's in office. Why don't we take that to the polls, do we really need congress????????

They will raise taxes on the "rich" (that are really only the middle class or are the small business owner that is actually the employer of many Americans).

Sorry but the "rich" are already paying most of the income taxes in this country.

The way they always do, raise taxes. And don't believe that it will just be a tax on the "rich". To pay for this it will be across the board.

And then everything explodes.

Why? Because that can never happen.

Corporations wouldn't allow it/go out of business due to the taxes.
Drug dealers of illicit drugs would need to be arrested after being given their Fed ID#... so unless you legalize those drugs, that's bad.

politcians always promise and do not always keep promises. They will constantly raise taxes, raise minimum wages, lower price floors and inflation will go up.

They will say they will tax the rich, but it will get no where enough money, so they will tax the middle class.

What did Bush do to get his financing. Are we supposed to sit back and pay his bills and do nothing to help our domestic ills? Don't blame the Dems.
