okay, so I was just listening to music on the computer and then I stopped it and then went on youtube to look at a thing and the sound wouldn't work so I looked at hte back of the speaker, and it wasn't unplugged, and i looked at the back of the tower and it was still plugged in there too. The volume is where it always is so I don't know what's wrong, do you?

reboot, if that doesn't reset it go to your control panel and open your sound properties, find the one that got turned down.

Did you try going back to your music application to see if it still worked? It might have just been the video. In your details, you should include everything you've done to try and fix the problem.

If it doesn't work at all in any program, did you do anything else that might've affected the speakers? Anything spilled on them? Messed with any of the settings?
