The simplest answer is (if your young) it will grow naturally, don't use Air Pumps or hang weights from it, nah !!
Your size will surely be normal and you can function OK with it though

Don't be embarressed about the size of your penis. Any size is a natural size.
If you are worried about people laughing at you then just ask them why they were looking in the first palce, but I really wouldn't let it bother you. As other people may have already said if you are doing it for anyone else then it really isn't worth it.
If you and only you want to lengthen your penis then it may be worth looking into surgery. Look at the pros and cons and decide for yourself, not what other people think. That is the most omportant thing.

There is no proven safe method of making your penis grow and you just have to be content with the size you have
Unless of course you are still going through puberty , in which case it will grow all by itself
