Turkey remonetized in 2005. One current Turkish lira is equal to 1,000,000 old (what you have) lira. Your note has a face value of one current lira, or about US$0.65, assuming it can still be redeemed, and I believe that the redemption period on that note ended at the end of 2006. It's still a cool collectible, though.
