Why people are afraid to started a business,Let me ask you this, If someone show you ,why would you say NO?

Risk aversion. If I started a business I would lose my health insurance, 401K plan and paid vacation and holidays besides wages. My total benefit package is worth enough that a business would have to pay more than a little and it would be a lot more work.
The only businesses who even attempt to teach you how are franchises and then they want you to invest hundreds of thousands and have years of experience.
