In the Holy Bible, Jesus states that we "know not the day or the hour". He also says that not even he knows when the end of the world will occur, only God the Father. So, do not live in a state of fear, rather, stay proactive and vigilant!

Not for several billion years . But if you are working on the premise that it ends with human extinction it may well be sooner.
I imagine the majority of species now dominant will be gone in a few millennia but will be replaced by some other life form. Maybe this next time insects will be the leading species. It was lizards then mammals so insects deserve a shot at head of the food chain.
Of course if you prefer the simplistic religious outlook then some mighty other worldly source will smite us all for our sins and the nice ones who went to their place of worship and pretended to be good will be given a 1st class seat in the cruise ship of the after life. Then there will be a few bones buried in the earth to confuse the next lot of gullible occupants of the planet whilst the almighty creator has a good old belly laugh.
Hey what's that rumbling sound?

If you are referring to our planet, it will be a very long time. However, it seems that our species, homo sapiens, are determined to eradicate the life forms, including ourselves, that make this planet so wonderful. I believe this will occur in around 5000 years from now.

11:11. 2011. But I have no idea if anybody will die. The system will crash though. We have so much contradictory info now that in a few years, it'll all implode on itself; things will be bought and sold faster than prices change, it'll turn into chaos and we won't be able to stop it.

rather quickly I guess, like others b4 me have stated our mistakes and misdeeds will eventually kill us, and of course in the same way that a city destroys a forest, our death will destroy the rest of the organisms.
