How do they get the cheese inside the edge of the crust?
Been thinking on that one lately...
Anyone know?

Colts there are some things ya just don't question. Like God and how they put cheese in the the crust of a pizza. You think too much. lol You need to be more like me and keep your mind blank!! lmao

Its easy!! I make my own pizza at home and all I have to do is make sure the crust (before baking) lays over the pan and load up the edges with more cheese.
Fold the overhang crust over the xtra cheese on the edge and bake away!!

I bet they sprinkle the cheese all over the edge of the pizza and then they roll it up a little to cover the cheese.

suggest buying store bought dough, and use string cheese pieces not whole thing works ok you fold over edge to cover cheese and do an egg wash to seal it then add filling tomato sauce,cheese and pperroni cost doublr that of pizza joint?? and a lot easier to order delivered!

I work in pizza, ok. You arrange motzeralla sticks around the edge of the pizza and fold it over and press hard to seal it in. ThEN you sauce and cheese it and topp it. EASYANDSIMPLE.

when i make it at home i just buy the string cheese and roll it up in the crust...Delicious!
