the other nite he just started calling me name like stupid, moron, idiot, etc.... and he really got to me.... he has a problem of not listening to me at all and when he gives me a chance to say something i end up saying what he just said but in different words and when i dont say anything he will tell me that i aint got **** to say.
we have been together for 4 1/2 years and this is the first time he did that..... but it hurt really bad.

i dont want to dump him bcuz its a problem that could be fixed.. but i dont know how to fix it if he doesnt listen...

i think the best thing to do is sit him down and tell him how you fell but he he does not listen call a bluff and tell him that you will leave if he does not change his ways

You should tell him that him calling you names hurts you. If you get another BS answer you don't need him anymore. If these are his only thoughts of you, He's using you, abusing you and has no respect for you, which means deep down He doesn't love you. You should reevaluate whether you want to live with someone that just lives with you and doesn't value you as a person. You should get an answer from him without any abuse, you can't fix a problem with someone you doesn't respect you at all. because he doesn't want to.

Dump him! If he is getting verbally abusive with you, who knows what is next. You do NOT have to put up with that. If he does not respect you...your relationship is doomed. Find someone who appreciates and respects you!

well that happened to me and my now ex one day he was nice to me and then after lunch at skl he jst acted like i was a piece of crap and we broke up later that day u may want to break up with him and u may not

have you let him know that it upset you? if not, then you should....and if he doesn't care that it bothered you, you 2 have some problems...
