It was so beautiful, perfectly round circle with two lines going through it. If you saw it, where do you live? ( I want to see how far away people could see it?)

Yes I did. Anyone who lives where there were high thin clouds last night would have seen it. I'm in southeastern Wisconsin.

It's been cloudy here for a couple of days, but sometimes, when there's a certain amount of mist in the air, I've seen what sounds like you describe. Though I don't recall ever seeing lines through it.

Just as the moon reflects light from the sun, particles around the moon reflect light particles (photons) which create these fascinating rings.
