Pull up your avatar and view it in it's entirety. When the avatar looks how you'd like it to appear in your Y!A avatar, press the Print Screen button on your computer (above Insert/Home/End -- to the right of F12).
Open up your image editing software, click CTRL+V or Edit-->Paste. A picture of your computer screen with the avatar will be pasted into the image editor. Then you just crop it to the desired size, and upload it to your 360. Then choose it as your default, and in your Y!A profile settings, choose to use your 360 picture as your avatar.

i don't think you can..unless you go to the edit avatar screen and to a screen shot go into paint and crop out everything but the avatar as a whole and then upload it to your 360 and use it like that..

you cant cut it shows on your 360 page
