$8 /hour, $20/ 3hr, $30/24hr, try to visit sunday, many street parking is free or take public transit.

Not really - theres a car park behind the rag market that is reasonably cheap. Debenhams car park is painfully expensive although right in the centre. You would be able to park out near the jewellery quarter and walk in - about 20 minutes.
