If the benefits of being in a government job is so good, why can't taxpayer have it too?

Benefits are pertaining to things as retirement/medical and so on....who is serving who?

Actually that is the pt of the New Congress. They have been saying the same exact thing, as well as, many of the Democratic presidential candidates. Their goal is for everyone to have healthcare as good as they have because they work for us and we pay for it.

Taxpayers must be granted the same benefits being given to government employees who are being paid by the people.

Government workers do pay taxes, so tax payers do have Government jobs,.....
