What happens if someone calls uno if they don't have it?

According to the rules, they lose their turn and have to draw four.

In the game uno? Then I guess you ignore it and keep playing... I'm not sure, I haven't played for 2 or 3 years, refer to the manual for help but I think you just ignore it and keep playing.

I don't think that there's any official rule but everyone playing could give the premature UNOer a card because that would make it a fairly hefty penalty.

I believe that they have to pick up 3 more cards and keep playing.

when my family plays the player has to pick up two cards from the deck

you can do many things to that player lol like loses 2 turns kick em out for that turn or just lose his turn 1 time
