and the fact that my "friends" ditch me all the time and go out to lunch without me doesn't help.

try not to get emotional...be rational...the facts are there: you moved, you don't like your school, your friends are not being true, your schoolwork is stressing you out...these are not going to change, what has to change is how you view it and how you deal with them...for every negative thing, try to list a positive thing so try to find something even slightly good about your new neighborhood and school...i know this is very hard because i went through it too at your age and i thought i was literally going to go crazy trying to get out...but once i did and got to college, guess what? things got soooo much worse...these problems are not going to go away, they'll always be there so try to learn how to deal with them now...
my junior and senior years of high school were rough on me too...i took 9 ap's and two honors courses and i found out every single one of my friends whom i knew since we were three was fake and so i was left alone...when i went to college, it made it that much harder to find new friends and try to adjust to all the new pressures in life...the best things to do are to talk to people all the time, try to be a positive person so that people will want to be around you, and find hobbies or things to make you feel happy and better about yourself...good luck!

You have some decisions to make, for sure. I'd first go to a good Guidance and Counselor re your plans for the future--AND to talk through the move from two years ago! AND meanwhile, work at reducing the immediate stress!!
Get some form of bio-feedback instrument. A simple thermometer held between your thumb and finger is a crude feedback. Of course, get into a quiet room (even if it is your pantry with a sign on it saying, "DO NOT DISTURB!" Record your temperature as you first sit down. Then, sit relaxed, eyes closed and start letting yourself feel heavy, warm and picture the blood flowing flowing from your head down into your feet and hands. To keep yourself from constantly checking it or the time, set a timer for 10 minutes--or start with 5, if you can't "stand" 10 minutes of quiet at first. If you have a good friend who would help you, write out statements for them to read softly to you while you do this--such as "I feel warm and comfortable. My feet and hands are getting warmer and warmer and I feel safe and quiet...." Etc. Record each beginning and ending temperature degrees in a small book. ---There are more sophisticated instruments you can get fairly inexpensively. It is really well worth doing regularly for both mental and physical health!--------Long ago, I got to go to the Menninger Foundations bio-feedback lab in Topeka, KS, and used their brain-wave audio feedback big machine. Beta waves are the regular doing and thinking rates; then as I started "letting go", there was a beep indicating I had entered into the Alpha range. Then into that, there came a low beep--which startled me and brought me back up. But I had "dipped into" the Theta range. The feeling is that of great refreshment--like a wonderful nap!! Google "brain waves" and it'll give you all the information. It's a great practice to do daily!! Get impartial professional help--a school Guidance and Counselor is free--and get help readjusting your classes, schedule--and take some tests if they have them. GET INFORMATION about yourself. You'll sort if out!!

Okay, here's what you do:

Step 1. Sit down or lie down somewhere.
Step 2. Ask yourself what you can do to feel better about your situation
Step 3. Don't move for thirty minutes.

I guarantee that by the time that thirty minutes is up you'll have the answer to your problem.
