Yep we really are. It's kind of sad really. Even the ones who care for everyone but themselves are obsessed with the wrong things because you have to know when to take care of you. And then there are those that are desperate to please others. And those that only care about looking good and money. And those who care about work and not their families. The list goes on and on.

I don't think ALL people are obsessed with the wrong things in life, but some people definitely are. Money, fame, prominence, etc. That's all some people care about. It's a shame because there are much more meaningful things in life.

No not at all. I have faith in people. I think some of us are sometimes too obsessed with things that some people might judge to be the wrong things. But they are the ones that get attention. All in all, I think we are good people who have good values. Some of us take longer to 'grow into them than others' though.

Perhaps some. Unforunately, anything, even if it's a good thing, can be bad is we get to the point of obsessing about it. Everything is better in moderation.

Yes, I do. I think it is just in our nature to be beholding to material things. Some take it too far, but if you know the value of other things, such as friendship, family, and good causes, then you will not be as addicted to those things in life that should not matter as much.

I'm not, but to many ppl only care about THINGS! all matrialistic, stuff that is not a necessisity!
