We were in the same third grade class. (And yes! we are still best friends!) We were pretty close friends, but our friendship continued. Basically, whenever we were bored we would invite the other over, though we weren't best friends yet. Then, in 5th grade I invited her to a beach party, and since that we have been inseparable. And a few years ago, she actually revealed her intentions for being friends with me. In third grade her goal was to befriend all of the 'pretty' girls (which I don't understand how she thought I was pretty..but oh well!). Then she also revealed that she thought I wore fake eyelashes or mascara because my eyelashes were so pretty and long! She said that my eyelashes were the first things she noticed on me.
So due to her amazingly superficialness in 3rd grade, we became best friends! We are the best of friends still, and we tell each other everything. Ha we love each other to death.
Pretty good story, eh?

i have 2 bessies, the one i met while in my first year at high school and we have been through everything together, and the other i met through a man a used to work with, but it turned out that my hubby went to school with her and was best friends with her brother at school, such a small world, you can have many many friends but you only get 1 or 2 true friends, i have learned this from experience. I know that, no matter what i do they will both be there for me wherever they or i are.....

I met my best friend in freshman chemistry. We got paired to work on a project together, even though we didn't like each other at all. We got to be somewhat friends but really bonded when her really close friend stabbed her in the back and we became pretty close. Over the next couple years we became like sisters =)

Well me and my best friend first met in 9th grade math class. We talked maybe 3 times. Then in 10th grade, we had Foods class together. We were in the same group. So obviously we talked more. I was friends with some of his friends, and for Halloween I went and hungout with them all. And then me and him were just best friends. And still are.
Ohhhh we bonded over liking me. Just kidding. I dont know what we bonded over. He had a crush on me, and I thought he was fun to hangout with. So we kind of just hungout all the time, and then bestfriends happened.

T - right when I came to the US 6 years ago
M - in 7th grade in the cafeteria
A - 8th grade in Algebra class
All of them started as acquaintances except for G, since we're related.

I met my best friend when I was 4! My mum ran a costume hire business from home and she had just moved in across the street. Her and her Mum came over to get a costume for the kindy Easter party while I was playing with my new kitten under the clothes line...she came over and asked me what my kittens name was, we've been best friends for 20 years now :)

It was so long ago, I met my best friend in school when i was only 4. They were laughing with some people about something and I thought what they were laughing about was funny as well so we became friends from there. We hang about all over town, no particular place.

I met my best friend when we tried out for the basketball team freshman year of high school. We both played then quit after the freshman year.
We ended up going to different colleges then he transferred to my college then we became roommates...um then he failed out... lol (he's doing good now) but yep that's my best friend

I met him in my freshmen Engish calss and got to know him as I was trying to set him up with a friend of mine.. We have been best friends for 17 years now, just talked to him on the phone yesterday to be exact.
