I have these sharp pains in my sides, near ovaries mainly on my left side (sometimes both sides)It is a sharp pain and i really get the worst ones when i walk up stairs. I have went to the hospital and had a bladder infection well i finished my meds. its fine now. but i kept the pain. I was just wondering are they or could they be ovulation or implantation pains, i am ttc... help!

also the reason i went to the hospital in the first place was a brownish discharge... iI was std free when they tested so.. what do u think?

Yes, this could be ovulation type pain. As for the brownish discharge that is old blood and is normal for some at the beginning and end of a period.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
