What is the best profession 2 be. Also once ur lvl 20 theres a cap, can u stil get stronger or better after that???

You chosen profession entirely depends on what you want to play. The classes are fairly balanced so each can compete in PvP and do decently, and in PvE heroes and henchmen can help classes that aren't supposed to fight directly.
The only base class that is a little hard to justify as a primary is Mesmer. It usually works better as a secondary.
At level 20 you stop gaining Health and Energy, but you can still acquire skills, skill points, and gear. So yes you can get stronger, it just won't be QUITE as dramatic as it was on your way there. (You also need to complete a quest to get your last 15 attribute points, which also makes you stronger.)

Depending on what campeign you have.
Warrior is powerful
Ranger has power but you have to find what builds you can use easily
Monks awalys have a 55 run making quick money
When you are lvl 20 you can awalys get stronger
