How are they getting away with all these inconsistencies? Are they well connected with the Establishment or something ?

Well now apparently the people that Robert Murats girlfriend said she was with say they have no recollection of her being there the plot thickens either way it will not get Maddie back things do not look good it is very sad.

Some of Kate and Gerry's friends said that they saw her hiding in the appartment, then they saw her kidnapping Maddie, then a few days later they saw her bungling Maddie into a Renault Mégane in Spain, then they saw her in Morocco selling Maddie to some Arab guy.

Yes and a women saw his girlfriend bundling Maddie into a car 3 days after she went missing. And the alibi she gave to police about her where abouts the night Maddie vanished was fake.

Because there have been two sightings of the Murat woman with a Madeleine lookalike AND her alibi has been shot to pieces.
