On the undergraduate level, Rutgers would be a decent school. It is certainly the best undergraduate B-School in NJ (Princeton does not have a business school).

There are several universities near NJ that have better undergraduate business schools. The best two are very competitive -- The Wharton School at the Unviersity of Pennsylvania and the Stern School at NYU. Beyond them, the best include Villanova, Lehigh and Fordham.
