individually, i do no longer see lots factor in delving into the previous. Clinton isn't President anymore. We survived his time in place of work. What he says in public at present has little credence in my ideas and maximum different human beings. It grow to be oftentimes familiar that Clinton lied his butt off while caught together with his hand interior the cookie jar. That led to the shortcoming of all his credibility. very few human beings could be sway by potential of what he says at present. as a remember of certainty, he will probably do extra harm for the Democrats than reliable. Edit: i could no longer say if Clinton is having an effect on different human beings. i can assert that so a ways as i'm worried, i do no longer pay any interest to him. i won't be in a position to establish how any useful individual might. i'm no longer a Republican nor a conservative. i think of I particularly lots mirror the minds of what was once talked approximately as the swing vote. Clinton in my opinion is a non-entity.

Well there was that short lived tax surplus that disappeared in 2000. You have to be a bit of a government wonk but Bill Clinton did aggressively put the Federal Government on the path of paying off the National Debt and in ten years would have save the taxpayers trillions in interest payment alone.
Actually there are several things that Clinton did that's worth mentioning and will secure him a positive place in history.
Now before you start grumbling let me tell you about myself, I'm a white middle aged family man and been a registered Republican for twenty years. And if I knew that Bush was going to be such a ****** I would have worked hard to get the Constitution changed and have Clinton elected for a third term. And if you ever hang around politicians (which I have) you'll find most them have their pants around their ankles most of the time.

Let's see:
Look what he did for the economy. No, wait. That was the Reagan administration. Bill just reaped the benefits, until the last year of his 2nd term, when we began into a recession.
He stopped terrorism. No, wait. He had numerous chances to get Bin Laden and frittered them away on the golf course. But, he did bomb an aspirin factory in retaliation for one terror attack.
He did not have sex with that woman. No, wait. He did.
He did not have sex with that other woman. No, wait. He lied about that to a federal grand jury, while under oath.
He signed the Welfare Reform Law. No, wait. That was a Republican initiative that they had to corner him to sign.
He had us with a surplus in the Treasury. No, wait. He had to raise taxes drastically to accomplish that and look good, which helped lead to the recession that began in 2000.
Don't worry. I'll try to come up with something.

Yes, and possibly made himself and the presidency seem real b/c he was caught with his pants down. I mean, he is just a person, just b/c someone is president doesnt mean they are any better than you or me, its just a different situation and circumstance in life. Much more public, much more accountability, more perks, more power and a huge burden to carry. People of fame, power, riches are too idolized and that creates them feeling like they are invincible and can do whatever without consequences. He was in it for 8 years so i hope he did something or else it was a real waste of his time, and our taxes. It seemed he did make this country more economically respectable if not morally.

one small mistake and people hate him

Clinton presided over the longest period of peace-time economic expansion in American history, which included a balanced budget and a federal surplus.
Bush on the other hand -according to the official Congressional Record -has put America more in debt than ALL previous American Presidents COMBINED!

Apparently he did something, the economy was a lot better then.
...And I particularly don't care who the president has sex with in his spare time. It's none of my business really ...As long as all children and elderly have healthcare & I can actually afford to pay for gas. You think Clinton was the 1st Pres to have some sexual indiscretions??? How naive are you?

I think they were just jealous he was having more fun than they were. You can bet your boots he's NOT the only one to do what he did. He just got caught, that's all. What about the gay escort Bush had in the White House ?
