subway and burger king both have a value menu that a different sandwich is cheap a different day of the week. anyone know what they are for resturants in ontario?

Generally, the Subway meal is probably just a bit healthier. I get their sandwiches without oil and skip the chips. At BK, there's just too much temptation to get something deep fried.
