Breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Make an even line with each inhale, and exhale. Try to focus on the important parts of your show. Envision yourself on the stage, and plan what you will do once you are done performing.

Looking in a mirror and possibly throwing up. It depends on what I had to do. A musical concert or a speech I could handle.

I would be relaxing on a couch, enjoying a double whiskey to warm up my vocal cords and loosening up my tensed muscles..

You asked this question an hour ago so I hope your concert is going well :)

Checking with the bouncer and the DJ to make sure my pole is sufficiently oiled... applying vaseline to my inner thighs... going over my set with the DJ....

Usually when I have to go on stage it's right after someone gets done, so before that pole gets greased, it gets wiped down with Lysol disinfectant wipes....

Check my make up, make sure my nips are hard, and off I go...

Running to the washroom and seeing if I had any Depends!
I can't handle that type of pressure! Seems to put a lot of pressure on my bladder! If you know what I mean.
All the best!
