Does anyone know where i can download the driver for an epson stylus photo 830 driver?

Check the site below (directly from Epson); I couldn't find the 830 but I did find the 825...

Click on the link below, and enter the details of your printer in the drop down boxes. i.e. Inkjet printer in the first box; Stylus Photo 830 in the second drop down box; and then select which Operating System in the third drop down box.

You're on the right track in that maintenance; make sure you've selected the right paper type. The lines are often caused by the printer trying to print on plain paper when you've put in much thicker photo paper. The printer adjusts how much ink it puts out based on paper type, and also adjusts what you might call a 'focus' based on the paper thickness. So make sure you've chosen a paper type as close as possible to what you're using. Hope it helps.
