Actually if you go to a Whole Foods Supermarket, you can get really good Italian Sausage. Unlike the other places they use good meat, and not a lot of fat and fillers. Take it from me I have an Italian Mother and Grandmother who used to make it from scratch, and they approve of the Whole Foods sausage. Also, if you can get to Joe Pace on Main Street, Saugus they also have pretty good sausage.

Bianco Sausage Co. It is located on Revere St. In Revere, Mass.

The entrance is @ the rear of the building. They make a delicious garlic, cheese and broccoli Rabbi sausage too.
