I think it was a bad idea giving him that match as his debut, sure he kept a clean sheet against Austria but that was only a friendly.
There was too much pressure on him.

international pressure is much different from any other. at villa its only a couple of thousand that are watching him, however, at england its MILLIONS everywhere, in England and in other countries. not only that, but he was against boro, so it aint that hard!
