Yup. Especially today. When mi m8's totally ignored me, and after coming back from an argument they acted as if nothing had ever happened! They made Small Talk! OMG! Agitating!

Yes. I'm doing that right now. I do it because my sadness is something that I need to work out. I shouldn't let how I feel affect the way I interact with others.

yeah most of the time until today.......... I flipped some teenage kids jumped over my wall out front of the house and i went MAD i looked like an old fish wife shouting in the street !
I felt much better after though
