be responsible for everything you do. Meaning, the courts will hold you accountable that you should have known better, even if its something simple like running around the mall screaming and jumping on things.

You can pay for everything under the sun since everything under the sun now costs you money- the car you own, the tax title and registration to own it, the insurance on it, you heat electricity, water, clothes, rent, food, everything but the air you breathe.

You can enter into binding contracts, get screwed over, get taken for a ride, get in trouble and no one can help you except the lawyer you cant afford to pay unless the lawsuit is settled.

You can do a lot as an adult, that you couldnt do as a kid.

God I wish I was a teenager again.

Keep yourself busy honey and don't spend to much time alone. Spend time with friends, find a new hobby or do some volunteer work and if you have to just turn your phone off for awhile, its good to do that now and then. I want to also add that when you care for someone more than yourself it only leads to disastrous results. The relationship becomes to one sided and your needs rarely get met. So give that some thought for your future relationships and good luck.

your in between the 2, not quite an adult yet, but it gives you a few more privileges. Vote, buying smokes, and curfew time. Guys nor girls can't go to jail for having sex, and that's about it, oh, you are old enough to move out on your own, but not unless you have a job, and can take care of yourself, I wouldn't advise it.

Smoke. But that's dumb anyway.

You can get into a few clubs, but most of them require you to be 21 so that the bartenders don't have to check IDs.

You can vote in the upcoming election, which is more productive than either of my first two suggestions. If you plan to vote, start looking at candidates and issues now.

You can join the military.

Buy cigarettes, buy porn, participate in porn, marry, vote, adopt children, aboirt children, own an automobile, enter into a legally binding contract, serve time in prison, operate a business, own a business, fly airplanes, hold public office, serve on juries that convict others of murder, hunt wildlife with deadly weapons, be executed, be an employer, and and be sued in court.
But according to the US government you still are not mature and responsible enough to drink a beer.
...Ridiculous.

You can legally get kicked out of your house now.
Go to jail and have it kept on your record.
Go to a club.
Go to 18+ concerts.

Theres not much you can do that you couldnt already do when you were 17.

21 is when you get to do alot more.

in india you can vote. you could be prosecuted for any felony, now that you are major. if you are a girl you can get married (legally), but not so if you a guy. you can call yourself an adult though nobody would look at you like you're one.

You can call those commercials that sell things (you have to be 18 or older to call). I've always wanted to do that.
