Good question. Hard to choose. Maybe it could be the late 70s and early 80s. Don't know why could be the cross over with the music and clothes.

With what I know now I would like to restart from the day I left School.
All the career advice at that time was utterly useless, moreso as we have now moved forward into a high tech era.

The 60's because of the music, clothes and how people tried to change the world with peace. I'd also like to go back to the 80's because of the clothes, music, movies, hair and movies.
