It's different for different people. It depends on your eye color and skin tone. However, I've noticed that most people with dark brown eyes look nice with mauve eyeshadow. I have hazel eyes and since they appear to be different colors depending on what color of clothing I'm wearing, I can get away with pinks, purples, grays, silvers, and mauves. But to make your eyelashes look longer, try a mascara like Maybelline NY XXL or CG Exact Lash.

WELL iT SORT OF DEPENDS ON HOW LONG YOUR EYELASHES ARE iN GENERAL... TO MAKE THEM LONGER, YOU COULD USE THE EXTRA LENGTH MASCARA, AND USE A BUNCH.. BUT ANY KiND OF EYESHADOW WOULD WORK.....

i dont think eyeshadow would make your eyelashes longer or bigger...
use mascara! :DD

Use mascara for that. The mascara Hypnose by Lancome is very good in that effect.

I use a very black color, it makes them more dramatic looking.

Use covergirl volume exact mascara, or any other volume mascara

try gold eyeshadow, with black mascara.
