Through November 8th to the 10th I was experiencing cramping in my stomach. My fiance came to visit me for a four day weekend. We offcourse had our intercourse (and yes we are trying to conceive) We had intercourse from the 10th to the 13th. My last cycle was in October 22nd...I started spotting yesterday (November 23) I spotted for the morning and it stopped by the afternoon, I spotted a small amount this morning and it stopped. I just visited the doctor they gave me a urine sample but the test came out negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Honestly, it's unlikely you are pregnant.

If your last period was October 22, then intercourse from the 10-13th would be too late for ovuation--Cycle Day 1 being the 22nd, Nov 10 would be Cycle Day 20, which is probably long after you ovulated.

It sounds like you strated trying a little too late. You need to first figure out how long our cycles are, then you count period day 1 as cycle day 1, then so on from there. You usually ovulate between days 12-16, but not everyone is the same. you can try an ovulation kit to better your chances of hitting the right date. Good luck and lots of baby dust to you!!

The spotting could be implant bleeding. Wait a couple of days and take a hpt if you have not had full force af by then.
Good Luck

It's possible. Just wait at least a week and if you don't get a regular period take another test.
