I think this may be the best team ever put on the field. They seem to be in a whole different league than the rest of the NFL. 24 point favorites against the Eagles? McNabb or not that is a college spread.

After watching the first 4 weeks, I thought the Pats will go 16 and 0...after the colts game, I know the Pats will go 16-0, and I'm not a die hard Pats fan, but I know when the sun rises and sets...
Now, about the next game and the future games of the Pats...
********It's official, McNabb is out for Sunday with the Eagles. All signs are pointing to the blowout of the year...Patriots have every reason to play hard this game and go for as many points as humanly possible...It's the last two weeks when they can bench key players and have it locked up for the superbowl...in addition, Brady is going for the ring and is 6-7 touchdowns to reach Payton Manning's record. you don't think these quarterbacks have ego's? My bet is not only will they cover, but slaughter...make the game against Buffalo look like a picnic....69-3 or worse, no joke.*****

Now, I don't know if they will cover all the spreads, it all depends on what they do with their key players in the last two weeks. Week 16 Pats play Miami...expect the biggest spread in history. Big question on Pats playing key players.

Week 17 Pats play Giants, expect a huge spread.Week 14 they play Steelers at NE, big spread, but lower than -23, if any future game I can point to and say pats won't cover, it's this one.
Now, in Week 13 against Eagles, spread is -24. Word around Vegas is that it started at -16.5 until word came out about McNabb...then it went to -21 and its just going up and up...-24.5 at stations casinos now. But it doesn't matter, they want to run up the score for the reasons mentioned and if they can score a 100 points, they will this game.
Week 13 they play Baltimore Ravens at Baltimore, predict will not be the blowout like the Eagles, but a decisive win nevertheless...at least 20 points.
And Week 17 they play NY Giants, big spread, big question on playing key players too....

Simply: No. Brady is in an entirely different league than any other QB this year (any single year really) and he has 4 receivers that are major weapons. Add in the fact that their defense is championship-quality, and I don't think anyone can beat them. The ONLY chance they lose a game is week 17 vs. NYG and ONLY IF by some chance the Pats sit their starters and the Giants do not. I think by then they will have homefield wrapped up and they are a team of veterans who care more about the superbowl they are going to win than undefeated. However i also expect them to want the undefeated record as well, so i'm thinking a perfect 19-0 season!

Colts would barely lose once again in the playoffs. Packers and Cowboys are the only NFC teams that can score close to as much as the Pats but not close enough. Unless somebody key gets injured on the Pats, they win it all.

The answer is yes, for two reasons.

I would give two teams left in the regular season a good chance (good being greater than 25%): the Steelers and the Giants. The Steelers have a solid team; also, their pass rush is both capable and willing to punish Brady. The Giants I would actually pick as favorites to win their game, because it's Week 17, the Pats will have everything clinched by that point, and the Giants will likely be playing for playoffs or playoff position. Best to rest Brady and Moss for the playoffs in that game, and "give" the game to the Giants.

The other reason why I think the Pats will lose is because I don't think Brady's going to be standing by the end of the season. Soon, someone's going to figure out that, if the Pats are going to try to run up the score, the best thing to do is run 8-man blitzes until Brady's hurting. Belichick's skating on thin ice with Brady, and it's only a matter of time before the ice breaks.

Well the Pats are awesome once again, but can anybody beat them? Yes the colts with harrison healthy would have a great shot, and the way dallas is playing you just never know, but i would have to say the team that will beat them will be non other than the Green Bay Packers, Yes Greenbay this year its their destiny, Farve is simply the best QB this year. Look at manning without harrison, or brady if he didn't have his top reciever. Farve goes in every game, same gameplan, throw the ball, defences know this and they still succeed. If brady or manning had to rely on only the passing game, you would see alot more losses for the Pats and the Colts.

I must say the Patriots are a friggin Freak of Nature. Very powerful team. but....they can be beat. It just takes that one game where the other team plays really hard and the Patriots are out of sinc. They should always play the games, makes it fun to watch. so....enjoy the ride. The Pats may go 16-0 then ride into the superbowl and win...or they may choke in the playoffs...wait and see..like I said enjoy the ride!

Looks like the majority of fans, and I use that word loosely, are from Indy and still crying in their beer.Beat the Pats?
You just got your butt kicked by KC or was it SD? No matter you lost. You can all dream on.We'll take it one game and 1 team at a time all the way to the SB!

from what it looks like, I think they actually might go undefeated for the regular season. I had the steelers and the giants to possibly beat them but the steelers haven't been playing very good defense lately, The giants might have a chance still because I think that last game might be very beneficial to them as to if they are going to the playoff or getting the wild card.So yeah, it's a toss up really as to who wants revenge and who wants that playoff spot. But I do not think they will win the SB.

I do think the Packers could take them on. If you compare the 2 teams, they play the game very similar. They throw the ball and run it when they want to . They like to spread out. So I think GB could give them a run for their $.

Its possible for any team to beat them, if they mess up badly. I would say the packers and the colts are the only teams that have a "good" chance of beating them though.

The only team that can beat them all themselves.

With the coach they have, that will not happen though.

Imagine if/when they make the Superbowl, they might be 20 point favorites!

Colts are the ONLY team to be "in it" until the end! The vaunted Cow-girls "choked" along with the rest!!
Packers may have a shot. I'd love to see it.
If Colts get a "rematch" in Foxboro in the AFC Championship game, the undisputed Champion will be revealed!!! (Barring ANY Officiating "snafu's")
