U.S. doesn't (yet), which would account for the fact that it is of much higher quality that the care you would get in either Canada or England.

I'm a U.S. citizen, and have experienced the healthcare system here as a poor person. I have lived in Canada also, and have experienced their healthcare system. Michael Moore orchestrated a rediciulous bunch of lies in his movie Sicko, and it is very hard to figure out why. If you would like a more realistic view, watch 'Dead Meat':

And you can also read Lord Robert Winston, the consultant and advocate of the NHS, sharing his opinion of Michael Moore's representation on the NHS (England, not Canada, btw):

I prefer to live in U.S., and one of the reasons is the healthcare system. It is far superior to that of Canada, and yet anyone here can still recieve healthcare. There are those who will lie and say otherwise, but it is very odd that they should want to. People like to sound witty, I suppose, but I'm telling the truth, and the truth isn't popular and doesn't sound terribly witty.

EDIT:
For anyone who brings up U.S. ranking according to the World Health Organization: if you have the nerve to bring it up, then have the honor to investigate the W.H.O.'s criteria. Take the time, look it up, and study it. You might be surprised.

Name five countries that have better quality of health care than the United States. My sister is a doctor in California and has a patient from Canada who does not want to wait in line for sub-standard treatment.

If you want free health care, remember that you get what you pay for.

>For cheapness or quality?

>Cuba and Venezuela below the United States, how can that be? Are they not the paragons of socialism?

Most of them. Only the socialist nations have universal healthcare.
