No. He will find out himself some day. We are all grown up in my house but we still sign the presents from Santa and leave milk and cookies. Your never too old to believe in Santa.

Think of Santa Claus as a role model rather than some story-telling character. Kids need role models and Mr Claus has justified that post for quite a few centuries.

if they still believe in santa claus, then let them.It won't be long until they tell you that they don't believe in santa claus. If you tell them you might just ruin their christmas. All kids have different times when they stop believing in santa claus, so for now just don't tell you kid.

They might already know. I remember when I was a kid, I pretended that I believed in Santa (after I did not anymore) because I thought that I would get less presents if my parents knew that I knew.

Does he/she really still believe? If so, don't tell them. Let him/her be a kid for as long as possible. Just leave fewer gifts from Santa.

dont do it, i found out about santa at age 10 and after that x-mas go so boring, i remember going to sleep early excited he was coming but when i found out the truth i just stood up as late and as i grew older i stood up till 12am to open my xmas present instead of feeling the excitement of going to sleep with nothing under the tree and waking up with the tree filled with presents. wait till they are 12 or 13, wait until after xmas to tell them.

At 11 years old I would think its time they knew the truth, no more make believe, tell them the real reason america celebrates Christmas. Its all about Jesus, and his birth. Thank YOU JESUS!!!

Well, if he still is a strong beliver and will cry if you tell him, wait until he is more mature, my parents told me when I was 9 , and I was fine with it, but thats just me, if he is asking you about it or hase doubts then you can tell him. If he gets bullied at school or it is interupting his personal life then go and tell him.

no! if he or she still believe's, let them. This will probably be the last year anyway. If they hear from someone else, at least they won't remember it as you ebing the one who "ruined" christmas for them.
