Isn't Kroger still unionized? If you are in the union, the contract will dictate when you will get a raise, and that will be after a certain period of time working at your job. The only other way would be to get promoted.

If you are in a right to work state and did not join the union, the answer might be a little different, but employers would typically follow the union contract rules even for non-union workers.

well, if u want a raise, maybe ask your boss,and if he says no, start looking for a better one then but dont u say u quit yet, find the better job then quit
