Of course he is! I notice you give no reasons why he has governed in any other fashion...he "is" bound by our Constitution, after all!

No. A good democratic leader wouldn't lie to the country to get his way. I don't see where Bush is showing any leadership. He has no plan for the war, or economy. A leader should leave the country more prosperous than when he first took office. The opposite has happened with Mr. Bush.

No, we have never had a good democratic president because we are not a democracy. We are a republic. We elect presidents, senators, representatives, mayors, governors ...., to speak on our behalf. When we elect them we are giving them the authority to not just speak on our behalf, but to act in a manner that they feel is in our best interest.
President Bush has overstepped his authority and ignores the constitution. He has behaved as a liberal democrat enlarging government on a scale not seen since FDR and Helping illegal imigration to continue.

No. He has continuously bypassed the Constitutionally accepted methods of governing in the United States. His signing statements and his appointments to his administration during congressional breaks to bypass congressional oversight, his surveillance program initiated without going through proper governmental channels, are the most evident. Classifying everything, whether it should be or not is another example of his rejection of transparency in government.

No, he's a good example of a Fascist who was illegally handed power by a biased Court, after a rigged election in Florida.

Please see Pink's video on youtube.com and tell me what you think.
And ask me if the President is doing a good job as our leader? By the way, he is a republican.
