They don't get it that war is not the answer to terrorism. I believe in a strong defense, but I think that we now have a weak defense because of our attacks and invasion that have spent our treasury bankrupt and left our military exhausted and proved that we are not a credible threat. We need to lead the world into the future with new technologies like solar power and hydrogen cars, and we need to have the most modern and fierce military and weaponry at the ready so that when we negotiate, we have all of our potential diplomatic power to pursuade. We need to be way beyond oil right now, and I hope that we do finally get it.

The need for all the electronic gadgets moeny can buy. Cell phones, blackberries, Ipods, ect....

There nothing more annoying that a person driving in traffic texting or talking on the cell phone, listening to headphones so they can't hear whats going on. Or in a theater, at a lecture, at a funeral, cells phones mostly, for me it's a problem and annoying.

No one seems to care about anyone or anything. But you can't generalize that to all Gen Xers. It is just a case of a few bad apples .....

Lots of us are not willing to stand up for what we know is the truth. I believe in being open minded, but there are some things I absolutely will NOT stand for. I think people just tend to accept everything that comes along instead of questioning it.
