i got my laptop 3 months back... after a month (from date of purchase) my system got virus... so i went shop(where i bought my laptop).... they told me to format.... that is the only way.... so i asked them to do format.... those guys formatted all the drives without knowing... that my system having recovery system in one drive.... so i lost every thing.... so can any one tell me how to get the recovery cds for my system.... i am in chennai now.... shall i go to hp service center.... warranty period still there.... plz help me...

In the past dealing with HP, they have not had a problem shipping out restore disks. You will need to call their support
